Wholesale Refund Policy
Most wholesale orders typically ship out in less than 5 business days, with the exception of 3rd and 4th quarter, during the busy season. Lead times can extend up to 10 business days. Larger orders may take additional time. Please contact the Customer Success Team to discuss.
Standard shipping is via UPS. Please allow 3-5 days for your shipment to arrive. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is packed and ready to ship. Allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be live.
